iOS 17 Beta 4: What's New
iOS 17 is the upcoming major release of Apple's iOS operating system for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Along with this, Apple also released iPadOS 17 beta 4, WatchOS 10 beta 4, macOS 14 beta 4, tvOS, HomePodOS 17 beta 4, VisionOS beta 2, and Studio Display 17 beta 4.

New Modem Update:
This update includes a new modem update which should improve overall connectivity.
Airdrop Enhancement: A new option is added under Airdrop settings that allows users to easily swap numbers, share photos, and more by holding the top of their iPhone close to another device.
Standby Preview: A new option is added under Standby settings that allows users to hide the previews of notifications until they tap on them.
Updated Icons: The icons for Home Screen and App Library, as well as the little app icon within Messages, have been updated.
Control Center: An icon in the Control Center and the Apple TV icon have been updated.
Accessibility: A new option for preferring horizontal text in languages that support vertical text is added under Accessibility settings.
Battery Settings: An updated icon for Auto Brightness is added in Battery settings.
